Christine Smerina joined Sheer Service in 2018. With over 25 years in the industry, Christine has overseen the full life cycle of both Facilities Maintenance (Trades) and Janitorial.

 

Starting out cutting her teeth running janitorial crews throughout Manhattan and the 5 boroughs, before moving into managing national accounts for full facilities maintenance utilizing both In House crews and subcontractors.

 

Since joining Sheer Service, Christine has established and continued the development of the Reactive Service Division.

 

Christine played a vital role in constructing the Service Division and assumed the position of Director of Service in 2021. During her tenure, she effectively supervised the division's operations and achieved an impressive annual revenue growth of approximately 20%.
