Sheer Service is comprised of 4 Divisions
Service, Projects, Construction, and a PM Division.
All are laid out to ensure Sheer Service can complete any tasks that our Client may require. The intention of this division is to work with our regional divisional team utilizing our in-house techs, as well as, building a strong vendor platform as a safety net to our in-house teams. The emphasis of this division is working within customer portal systems such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, EcoTrak, and many others.
We are driven by meeting the KPIs and timelines of our customers while delivering a competitive price and quality work. We always look to dispatch the work coming into our
in-house techs first but, we have built a network of over 8,000 partnered vendors across the 48 US Continental states that play centerfield for Sheer when our in-house techs cannot complete within the given timeline. Whether this work is self-performed or outsourced, we make sure we keep pricing in line with our customer's expectations. We understand that emergencies happen 24 hours a day and therefore we are available 24/7/365 for our customers.
