I'm Anthony Ruopoli
Director of Operations

With 18 years of Facilities Management and Facilities Maintenance experience, Tony started in the industry as a Data Center Facilities Manager before starting his own HVAC and General Maintenance company. Joining Shake Shack in 2014 until 2017, overseeing the building and maintenance of all Shake Shack locations outside of NY.

 

Tony officially joined the Sheer Service team in 2017 as the Operations Manager, over the next 6 years he worked through all operations positions working to streamline and rebuild each position in turn before taking over as Director of Operations in 2021.

 

When not working from his home office in PA, Tony travels the US visiting each of Sheer’s offices and working alongside the remote teams to continue to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

With a passion for continual self-improvement, Tony holds dozens of certifications and is currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
