Senior Estimator

Francesca D’Amato joined Sheer Service in 2021, 7 years in the industry overseeing multiple national accounts and a wide variety of scopes encompassing a variety of trades but reactive and reoccurring, and all responsibility for the full life cycle of the work for those customers.

 

Leading the estimating team, Fran continues to standardize many facets of the estimating process to increase the efficiency and accuracy of her team's quotes.

 

In her time with Sheer, Fran moved from a Junior Estimator to a Retail Estimator, becoming the Senior Estimator at the beginning of 2022.

 

Under Francesca’s leadership, the estimating team has seen an increase in quoting of approx. 23% with a decrease in quote turnaround time frames of 18%.

 

Francesca is also currently pursuing a degree in Construction Estimation.
