I'm John Berry
Director of Projects

John Berry has a combined 17 years of Project and Facilities management experience. Having joined Sheer Service in 2020, John oversees Sheer’s In House Crews and Traveling Field Manager teams, with teams covering 32 states and growing.

 

John drives his crews for constant improvement, leading to annual recertifications of all divisional staff on all scopes performed by his teams. As well as the creation and development of a new training center housed within the Brick, NJ office.

 

Under John’s direction, Sheer’s In House crews have increased by 50% as well as an increase in the Traveling Field Management team by nearly 120%. While increasing divisional production by 89% and increasing In House crew coverage by 8 states.

 

John is currently engaged in obtaining his Project Management degree.
