I'm John McLemore
Senior Field Supervisor

John McLemore joined the Sheer Service team in 2021. Prior to his joining the Sheer team, John served his country proudly in the US Army before retiring and joining the civilian world. Since joining the Sheer Service team, John has worked diligently on revising Sheer's field training and building out the Field Training Center at our New Jersey Office, well-driving field safety meetings, and revising Sheer's OSHA requirements.

 

John holds a wide range of certifications as well as years of experience in all aspects of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

 

When he is not at our operations office, John can be found providing spot checks on field teams to ensure our work quality and job site safety meet both our customers and Sheer's requirements.
